We have been doing Meditation sessions since Kilpatrick upper lounge (2018-2019) and this year’s on-line Zoom virtual session. Meditating is increasingly important now, during these challenging times. I propose a weekly sitting session led by me with different themes we could meditate on and with: Loving-kindness as one, a calm abiding meditation simply on the breath among a number of others.
I believe a 50 minute Webex session could do the trick (unlimited participants).
The Q & A session, held at another date and time within the same week as the meditation session, could delve into the how, why, what and when of setting up one’s personal meditation practice. I’ve been meditation for almost 35 years and have been challenged in my own practice many times over. I would enjoy to be of assistance in this matter during the Q & A.

So there you have it. Btw, a group is 2 people and beyond. We can start small and grow the group over time.
