Dialog Workshop – Round Table Writers

It ain’t worth saying if you ain’t saying it right! Our dialog workshop will concentrate on various aspects of the craft of dialog crafting, character interaction, and dialect, and personality differentiation between characters.

Workshop leaders:

Dan McMinn

Dan McMinn is a writer and playwright usually based in Lviv, Ukraine. He is a graduate of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers’ Workshop (2012) and the Stonecoast MFA in Creative Writing (2020), and is both a Fiction and Poetry alum of The Writer’s Hotel (2020). Short fiction pieces of his have been published in McSweeney’s Internet Tendency and Daily Science Fiction. His Poem “Newborn” is forthcoming in The New Guard Volume IX.

Katrina Ray-Saulis

Katrina Ray-Saulis is a writer and creator living in Maine. She has a BFA in Creative Writing from the New Hampshire Institute of Art, and an MFA from Stonecoast USM. Katrina lives with her wife and their pets in a 200-year-old house that was once used as the local undertaker. She thrives off of coffee and literature and uses sitcoms to quiet her overactive mind.
